Hello and welcome to my ramblings on wordpress! I am an artist and my primary media is what I call Fired Metal Art. It is a more contemporary version of Repoussé . My Creations are created with freehand carving and are both hammered and embossed, then they are fired to bring out the colors in the metal. I also experiment with patina solutions in combination with heat to apply color. I have always been a creative person and made things by hand for many years. I continue to have many creative interests that involve paper, fabric, painting and many others. Some I combine and others not quite yet. I hope you enjoy my words and art and that your day is a wonderful one!
